an expansion of my 15-minute thesis film, “Education with Lawrence and Toni”, EWLAT TMTT, a 42 page comic book, focuses a little bit more on the characters’ backgrounds, personalities, and day to day.
“truth game” displays the contrast (and parallels) between Lawrence and Toni’s day jobs as children’s TV show hosts/writers and their actual lives, "Group Therapy" hones in on the ghosts of Lawrence's past, and "small" is a reflection of Toni's life before and during EWLAT. there is a tiny art collection at the end, too!
